Unique Gift Ideas, Check My Box

This week's choice is by one of my concessions Check My Box.  I have previously blogged about my delight at being able to stock their jewellery making kits in store and I have decided to include them as this weeks featured product.

I currently sell five kits in store at Mr Birds Emporium and online on my new website.  Each kit is £15 and they include all the materials needed to make a stunning piece of jewellery.  The only equipment you will need is a pair of pliers.

Kits in store at Mr Birds Emporium

The kits are a perfect gift for a crafty friend or an excellent introduction to making jewellery as you have no need to source materials for your project and full instructions are included.

Product of the Week

This week's featured products are a fantastic range of cards by the super talented Hannah Sycamore.  I met Hannah last year at a fair in Blackpool and I fell in love with her range of products and I had to get them in my shop when it opened.

Hannah uses lots of different materials to handcraft some amazing cards, notebooks, canvases and pieces of art.  Last week I took delivery of a brand new range of cards and they are available in store again now.  They are really popular cards and I sold a fair few on Saturday as soon as they were put out in the shop.

Feedback on the cards has been fantastic, each one is like a piece of art.  If you are looking for a special handcrafted piece pop in and take a look at the full collection.

My New Neighbour ... The Nail LAB

There have been a few changes in store at Mr Birds and we have been joined by two fab new traders. Dutch Love has joined us with a huge mix of vintage clothing and I have a new neighbour, The Nail LAB.

Amy from The Nail Lab has joined us this week after replicating from the bright lights of London. She is offering lots of nails services from a basic file and polish to creating some amazing 2D and 3D designs. No job is too small for Amy you can choose from a huge selection of designs from the display nail wheels or you can bring in a photograph of a desired design and she will work her magic to recreate it using her selection of nail varnishes and nail art pens.

I treated myself on Saturday and chose a gorgeous pail pink colour and I had nail art on my ring finger nails. Prices are very reasonable with nail art starting from £1 per nail. Pop up to Mr Birds to make an appointment and follow Amy on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to see her designs.
